MATERIALS & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All braids are made with high-quality cotton blend fabric and 100% PREMIUM HYPOALLERGENIC polyester filling. There are many beautiful colours for you to chose from and we are constantly updating our colour choices.
All braided bumpers can be easily spot cleaned or machine washed in low temperature on a gentle cycle.
ATTENTION:
Recommendations for Infants Sleep Safety: To prevent entanglement or strangulation, position ties to outside of the crib and be sure they are secure. Remove bumper when a child can sit up unaided or can pull to a standing position. To prevent suffocation, do not put any pillow in a crib or near an area where an infant may sleep. Pillows are a decorator item only and are not intended for an infant's use.

When will I get my order?
All orders placed (and where payment has been approved) are picked, packed and with the courier within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). All deliveries are made with a courier company and are delivered straight to your door anytime between 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. All orders are supplied with a tracking number. Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
At this time, we don't offer collections from our warehouse.

EFT Payments
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or internet banking payments on our store but note it can take can up to take two to three days to clear before your order is shipped (This is out of our control). It also requires manual reconciliation. Once payment has been completed, we can begin processing and then ship your order.

How long do I have if I want to return my order?
You have up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive your product to cancel and return your order in the original packaging.
How long is the warranty on my order?
We have a standard six-month warranty period on all returnable products from the date of delivery.
Returns guide:
Baby products
All baby items need to be returned in original and new condition. If, upon inspection, the items appear to be used, worn or without tags, we will not be able to process your return.
Bedding & mermaid blankets
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened mattresses or bedding. Bedding items include duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, etc.
Jewellery
We cannot accept returns on any pierced body jewellery such as earrings for hygiene reasons.
Food, beverages & flowers
We do not accept returns on perishable items such as food, beverages and flowers.
Clothes & shoes
Clothes must be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all tags. If, upon inspection, clothes appear to be worn or without tags, we cannot accept returns.
Swimwear, underwear, socks, intimates
We do not accept returns on opened items and certain types of clothing such as underwear, swimwear and control wear (eg. corsets, waist trainers, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
Health & beauty
We do not accept any returns on health and beauty products due to hygiene purposes.
Furniture – outdoor & indoor
We are unable to accept returns on any self-assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled. We try to provide accurate measurements on our deal page and we are unable to where furniture will not fit through.
CDs & DVDs
We cannot accept returns on CDs, DVDs or Software programmes if the plastic wrapping and/or security seal has been broken or of any digital downloads.
Electronics
To protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on items.
Adult toys
We do not accept any returns on adult toys due to hygiene and safety reasons.
